Your Tasks

• Lead, develop, and qualify your team members
• Plan, coordinate, and control projects
• Manage the creation of inventory and execution documents as a team leader
• Create, calculate, and review offers, and conduct negotiation and award discussions
• Acquire new customers and maintain networks

Your Profile

• Training in electrical engineering, e.g., as an electronics technician / electrician / electrical engineer
• Ideally: A degree or state-certified technician in electrical engineering
• Advantageous: 1-2 years of experience as a team leader / team manager in switchgear construction
• Good knowledge of MS Office
