About the Role

• As a concession holder, you're responsible for all electrical installations and our electrician teams within a region
• You build a team of electricians and integrate them into our processes
• You work both at the desk (planning, ordering, coordination, network registrations) and on-site (inspections, quality control, onboarding)
• You ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations
• You assist with the knowledge transfer of installers

What You Should Bring

• You are a master electrician specializing in energy and building technology, allowing you to act as a concession holder with us (Alternatively, TREI proficiency test)
• You have extensive experience in performing electrical installations in existing buildings and leading craft teams
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of heat pump systems is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• You are a team player with an eye for detail, flexibility, and a passion for optimizing business processes
