• Completed training in electrical engineering, such as an electrician, electrical installer, or electronics technician for energy and building technology, or a similar qualification
• Work experience in service and maintenance in building maintenance and building technology
• Customer and service orientation with a service-focused approach
• Willingness to participate in temporary on-call duty
