In the Technical Service department, approximately 400 employees provide building-related craft and technical services in the areas of control and quality, laboratory and testing, building technology, plant and component technology, as well as technical services for the entire company. Building technology is responsible for the technical operational building management with the aim of customer-oriented and cost-effective order fulfillment.

Here's what you can do with us:

· Independent and responsible implementation of operational and maintenance strategies, project support for modifications to electrical systems in accordance with agreements · Management of the Electrical Engineering working group and providing technical and business advice to the Building Technology management · Acquisition of basic knowledge about electrical systems (MSR, NSHV, UPS, and emergency power systems) in the field of pool technology as well as commercial properties · Cost center and budget responsibility for the working group, as well as responsibility for capacity and resource planning of employees · Personnel management of the working group and goal-oriented personnel development · Handling various projects, including cooperation with external companies · Quality management and quality assurance, including audit preparation and support

· Successfully completed training as a master/technician in the field of electrical engineering, as well as experience in personnel management · Experience and knowledge in the areas of troubleshooting, maintenance, as well as modification and construction of electrical systems · Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology · Computer skills (MS Office, SAP) and a class B driver's license · Solid knowledge of relevant regulations, DIN standards, technical rules, VDE, VDI, UVV, VOB, and legal provisions · Participation in on-call duty and service time
