Construction Manager (m/f/d) in Security Technology

Your Tasks 🏗️ Project Execution: Independently carry out and manage your projects on-site. 👷 Team Leadership: Lead the assembly team and subcontractors to successfully meet deadlines and project goals. 📅 Project Planning: Adhere to schedule and budget planning, participate in construction meetings for coordination. ✅ Quality Control: Monitor work, ensure compliance with user and customer standards, as well as relevant regulations and requirements. 📝 Documentation: Create and maintain construction logs, time and material records, and continuously update execution documentation. 🔄 Coordination: Regularly coordinate with the project manager about changes in the planned scope of work. 🏠 Site Management: Responsible for site setup, conduct incoming goods inspection upon delivery on-site. ⚙️ Commissioning and Acceptance: Perform commissioning, acceptance tests, and necessary measurements, and create technical documentation.

What You Ideally Bring: 🎓 Education: Completed vocational training in the electrical engineering field. 💼 Work Experience: Several years of experience as a journeyman, ideally with experience in construction management in the field of security technology (also for international clients). 📚 Additional Qualifications: Additional training in business management and/or leadership (e.g., master craftsman or technician) is an advantage. 🗣️ Language Skills: Good to very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
