Electrical Construction Manager

As a construction manager, you're responsible for the technical execution of your construction project and work closely with the project manager and project support, while also managing the on-site personnel.

Your tasks:

• You handle the professional and commercial execution of construction projects in close collaboration with our project managers.
• You coordinate and monitor the construction performance to ensure projects are successfully completed.
• You lead our assembly team and coordinate collaboration with subcontractors.
• You're responsible for customer care and communication throughout the entire construction process.
• You actively participate in planning and construction meetings and assist with approvals in close coordination with the project management.
• By working results-oriented and using project management tools effectively, you promote the successful completion of projects.

What you bring:

• You have completed vocational training in the electrical industry, preferably with experience in security technology.
• You have proven experience on large construction sites and in site management.
• You bring motivation, foresight, and passion for your profession.
• You work reliably and independently and have a strong customer orientation.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action characterize you.
• You have negotiation skills, organizational talent, and assertiveness.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
