• Several years of experience in technical project management or as an AV technician responsible for installations and customer projects
• Leadership experience and strong organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of relevant AV technologies, signal management, control systems, and network technology
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer focus
• Ability to work independently and a hands-on mentality
