Your tasks: 🛠️ Project Management: Responsible for turnkey tenant fit-out projects from 0.5 to 5 million EUR – from measurement to billing. 📋 Planning & Calculation: Assess the construction situation on-site, create offers and specifications. 👷♂️ Site Coordination: Lead all trades, employees, and subcontractors to achieve an optimal result. 🤝 Customer Contact: Central point of contact for builders, planners, and clients – with a keen sense for different interests. ✅ Quality Assurance: Timely implementation, material ordering, and prompt control of all services. Your profile: ✔️ Experience in Construction: Proven success in managing turnkey construction projects. 🎓 Qualification: Completed vocational training/master craftsman or studies in civil engineering/architecture. 📊 Numbers & Technology: Solid knowledge of contract and procurement law, materials and processing, and confident use of MS Office, MS Project, and calculation software. 🤝 Communication Skills: Transparent, human interaction with clients and teams. 🌟 Organization: Composure under deadline pressure and the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously.
