Your tasks: 🛠️ Project Management: Responsible for tenant fit-out projects from 0.5 to 5 million EUR – from measurement to billing. 📋 Planning & Calculation: Assess the construction situation on-site, create offers and specifications. 👷♂️ Site Coordination: Lead all trades, employees, and subcontractors to achieve an optimal result. 🤝 Customer Contact: Central point of contact for builders, planners, and clients – with a keen sense for different interests. ✅ Quality Assurance: Timely implementation, material ordering, and prompt control of all services.
Your profile: 🎓 You are a motivated master craftsman in the fit-out sector (painter, drywall, tiling, carpenter, etc.) 📍 You are from Düsseldorf or the surrounding area 📊 Numbers & Technology: Solid knowledge of materials and processing as well as confident use of MS Office. Experience with industry software, e.g., for calculation, is an advantage. 🤝 Communication Talent: Transparent, human interaction with customers and teams. 🌟 Organization: Composure under deadline pressure and the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously.
