Civil Engineer as Product Manager (m/f/d) for Concrete Repair and Masonry Renovation

Your Tasks

• After thorough training, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing the product strategy in the concrete repair department.
• You'll keep an eye on the product development of our concrete repair portfolio, conduct market analyses, and support your team with all technical inquiries from sales.
• Designing and conducting product training within the D-A-CH region is one of your main tasks.
• You'll provide technical consultations to customers on-site and to our sales representatives in the field.
• Additionally, you'll develop targeted marketing concepts for your product line in cooperation with the marketing department.
• When needed, you'll accompany large projects on technical matters.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in civil engineering, materials science, or mineralogy, or a related field with equivalent professional experience
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, interest in building damage and its repair and restoration, and practical skills are desirable
• English skills and a willingness to travel frequently (D-A-CH region)
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and inspiring others
• Ability to work independently, structured, and results-oriented
