What you will do with us
Your Tasks: 🏗 Implementing the technical and economic goals of our construction projects in railway and track construction 📋 Independent, responsible management and billing of construction projects 👥 Personnel management and organization of executions ✅ Ensuring quality standards 🔄 Change order management for project optimization 🔧 Resource allocation of skilled personnel and state-of-the-art construction machinery 🗣 Communication with clients, subcontractors, and other project participants
Your Profile: 🎓 Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification 📈 Professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in railway and track construction 🌟 Organizational talent and strong leadership qualities 🛠 Technical understanding and economic thinking 🤝 Strong communication skills and assertiveness 🚀 Flexibility and initiative
