Your Tasks:
- Independent management of interior construction projects (calculation, preparation, execution, billing)
- Time and cost planning as well as monitoring of projects in the Hamburg / Northern Germany area
- Contact person for suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Creation of specifications and contracts
- Ensuring quality, punctuality, and budget compliance
What You Bring:
- Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in drywall and turnkey interior construction
- Commercial understanding and very good German skills
- Solid knowledge of modern IT programs
- Confident demeanor and strong communication and presentation skills
- Organizational talent, self-motivation, and team spirit
