What you will do with us
Beck Construction Company GmbH & Co. KG, specializing in industrial and plant construction, is looking for an experienced project and construction manager (m/f/d) with a willingness to travel throughout Germany to strengthen our team at the Berlin/Luckenwalde location.
Your Tasks
- Confident and professional interaction with clients and contractors
- Coordination, engagement, support, and management of subcontractor services
- Active participation in the construction management team and quality assurance on construction sites
- Preparation and review of measurements for billing
- Cost documentation, control, and comparison according to the project calculation
- Structuring, managing, and creating construction site and project documentation
- Assisting in the preparation of bids for construction and general contractor projects
Requirements
- Ideally, experience in construction management or execution of construction services, construction planning, or similar
- Entrepreneurial, analytical, and conceptual thinking and action
- Independent, committed, and results-oriented work style
- Team player
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany
