What you will do with us
🔍 We're looking for: 🌟 Dedicated working students for our Customer Success Team with a background in construction / architecture 🏗️🏛️
Tasks: 📧📞 Making customers happy, whether by email or phone 💡 Solving problems and fulfilling wishes 🚀 Bringing new customers on board smoothly 📊 Collecting feedback and improving the platform 📋 General admin tasks in the Customer Success area
Qualifications: 🎓 Student, ideally in construction / architecture 💼 First practical experience, preferably in consulting or a cool start-up 📝🗣️ Strong in German and English, written and spoken ✅💪 Conscientious and reliable, but also flexible and proactive 🤝📚 Team player with bite and willingness to learn 💡💼 Entrepreneurial mindset and not afraid of challenges
