What you will do with us
We are an innovative construction office based in the heart of Munich with a 20-member team of civil engineers, draftsmen, trainees, and working students. Our expertise lies in formwork and reinforcement planning for construction projects in Germany and across Europe. With over 80 engineering offices as clients, we handle around 150 projects of all sizes each year.

Your tasks: 🔍 Coordinate all relevant processes of a project with clear assignment of tasks and responsibilities: 👉 Monitor time management, requirements, and guidelines to identify and minimize risks early. 👉 Motivate the team through appreciative and positive communication. 👉 Work closely with project participants and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Your profile: 🎓 You are a civil engineer or CAD designer with a degree in civil engineering or equivalent training. 💼 You have relevant professional experience as a team or project leader. 🖥️ You are proficient with common PC programs and have good German language skills. 🤝 You impress with your demeanor, think ahead, and act proactively. 💛 You are an open, team-oriented personality with social empathy. 💪 Challenges are a tailwind for you, and you are a manager with foresight.
