Tasks
  In our team, you'll handle and oversee timber construction projects focusing on structural planning and develop structural proofs considering recognized technical standards, norms, and building laws.
  You'll also develop engineering solutions.
  Your tasks include optimizing the design in planning and execution and coming up with various solution proposals.
  With the team's involvement, you're responsible for working out country-specific regulatory requirements for the project and incorporating them into the planning.
  You're in charge of organizing and coordinating meetings with internal and external specialists, including taking minutes.
  As a timber construction engineer, you take responsibility for project-specific document storage.

What we rely on
  Successfully completed studies in timber engineering, a completed apprenticeship as a carpenter, or an equivalent qualification.
  Professional experience as a timber construction engineer with solid knowledge of German building law.
  Excellent knowledge of fire protection in timber construction.
  Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite; experience with CAD Cadwork 3D, Frilo Software, and Dlubal Software is a plus.
  Good communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and willingness to work outside traditional planning structures.
  Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership roles.
  Business management training is an advantage.
  Authorization to submit structural calculations (state-specific).

Aufgaben
  In unserem Team bearbeiten und betreuen Sie Holzbauprojekte mit dem Schwerpunkt Tragwerksplanung und erarbeiten tragwerksplanerische Nachweise unter Berücksichtigung der anerkannten Regeln der Technik, Normen und Baurecht
  Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie Engineering-Lösungen
  Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Optimierung der Konstruktion in Planung und die Ausführung und Erarbeitung verschiedener Lösungsvorschläge
  Unter Mitwirkung des Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung der länderspezifischen behördlichen Vorschriften für das Projekt und die entsprechende Einarbeitung in die Planung
  Sie sind zuständig für die Organisation und Koordination von Sitzungen mit internen und externen Fachspezialisten inkl. der Protokollierung
  Als Ingenieur (m/w/d) Holzbau übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung der projektspezifischen Dokumentenablage
Worauf wir bauen
  Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Holzingenieurwesen, erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zimmermann oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  Berufserfahrung als Holzbauingenieur mit fundierten Kenntnissen des deutschen Baurechts
  Sehr gute Kenntnisse über den Brandschutz im Holzbau
  Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Palette, von Vorteil ist die Anwendung von CAD Cadwork 3D, Frilo Software und Dlubal Software
  Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, unternehmerisches Denken und Bereitschaft außerhalb klassischer Planungsstrukturen zu arbeiten
  Führungserfahrung bzw. Bereitschaft Führung zu übernehmen
