We are 20 civil engineers, draftsmen, trainees, and working students – specializing in formwork and reinforcement planning for construction projects in Germany and across Europe.

🔧 Your tasks
- You coordinate all relevant processes of a project with clear assignment of tasks and responsibilities
- You monitor time management, requirements, and guidelines and identify risks early
- You motivate your team through appreciative communication
- You work closely with project participants and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes
👤 Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training as a CAD designer
- Professional experience as a team or project leader in construction
- Proficient in common PC programs and good German skills
- Team spirit, empathy, foresight, and proactive behavior are your strengths
