- Responsibilities
- You're responsible for independently handling planning projects in service phases 1 to 8 according to AHO (developing construction logistics concepts, determining needs for storage areas, traffic routes, site setup, construction water and electricity, creating logistics schedules, and assisting in creating specifications for construction logistics)
- You're in charge of monitoring construction logistics planning and execution services
- In your role, you're the contact person for internal and external project participants
- Additionally, you conduct external project meetings
- You have leadership responsibility in the regional planning team
- What we rely on
- Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture, traffic planner, possibly industrial engineer with additional qualifications
- Professional experience in work preparation or in a planning office (building construction, civil engineering, traffic route or railway construction)
- Knowledge in construction operations / construction process control and / or site setup
- Commitment, effective and reliable, independent, results-oriented working style
