Your Tasks

• Taking on process responsibility for the townhouse production system
• Designing and leading processes around project management
• Acting as a liaison with area and site management as well as other departments like project development, costing, sampling, and technical customer consulting
• Overseeing construction projects from planning to handover
• Creating budgets and controlling costs
• Direct collaboration with the technical management

Your Profile

• A degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management, or a comparable qualification
• Initial work experience in turnkey construction is desirable
• Enjoy coordinating, organizing, and optimizing processes
• Strong communication skills and commitment
• Independent, reliable, and conscientious work style
