What you will do with us
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing With Us
Your Tasks: 🤝 Act as the link between technical sales and project planning 📝 Support the technical sales team in creating offers 💡 Assist in resource estimation (time, personnel, material, etc.) for offers in collaboration with sales 📐 Create and dimension injection plans 📚 Document completed construction projects 🗓️ Help with the organizational planning of construction projects in coordination with project assistants 🧑💼 Manage administrative tasks in the customer management system (CRM) 📞 Work in customer service and handle phone inquiries
🔧 What You Bring 🎓 Completed technical or commercial training 🏗️ Ideally, practical experience in the construction industry and/or geotechnics 💻 Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems 🖼️ Knowledge of image/PDF editing programs is a plus 🤝 Team player, structured, with strong communication and organizational skills 🇩🇪 Excellent German skills, both spoken and written ✈️ Willingness to accompany construction projects with occasional travel
