To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Civil Engineer / Architect as Project Manager for Service Phases 1-8 m/f/d

Your tasks:

• Independently managing partial and turnkey building projects
• Coordinating and leading all internal and external project participants
• Comprehensive representation of the client with full authority
• Leading contract and negotiation talks with general contractors
• Independently coordinating planning content with clients, authorities, and other project participants
• Responsibility for the project budget, ensuring high-quality standards, and timely implementation in all service phases of the HOAI
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations

What you bring:

• Completed studies in architecture
• Initial professional experience in the mentioned areas
• Leadership experience and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Proficient in common tendering and MS Office programs
• Excellent German language skills (C2) in speaking and writing
