As the 50 Hz Manager (m/f/d) at SPITZKE, you play a key role in the successful implementation of multidisciplinary rail infrastructure projects, focusing on 50 Hz electrical systems. You'll be responsible for building the department, especially in terms of efficient planning coordination and structured plan management. What excites you: – Problem-solving: Coordinating or solving technical issues and planning tasks with a focus on 50 Hz, and being the technical contact person (m/f/d) for our project managers (m/f/d) – Team leadership: Leading, motivating, and developing a small team – Planning coordination: Providing technical support and coordination of planning to ensure compatibility with all other trades – Plan management: Setting deadlines and processes in plan creation and review of our execution plans, including procurement, evaluation, and distribution of all necessary planning bases – Projects: Supporting from execution planning to construction execution regarding plan creation, design adjustments, and technical individual solutions – Standards: Monitoring feasibility studies, including contract management with experts and engineering firms in technical or economic aspects What excites us: – Qualification: Completed studies in electrical engineering/electrical power engineering. Alternatively, qualification as a technician in electrical engineering (m/f/d) or as an electronics technician for operating technology (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in planning electrical power systems/50 Hz – Experience: Several years of professional experience as an electrical engineer (m/f/d) or planning engineer (m/f/d) in the environment of Deutsche Bahn AG – Team leadership: Experience in leading a small team – Contract management: Experience in contract and change order management – Skills: Independence and initiative, as well as a high level of commitment and the ability to grasp complex topics SPITZKE.
