What you will do with us

Plan. Manage. Execute. As a project manager in railway construction (m/f/d), you play a key role in the value chain at SPITZKE. Your main focus is on planning and coordinating all components of a major project. You are responsible for the technical functionality and organizational implementation of our construction projects. Besides ensuring cost-effectiveness, it's your job to guarantee the timely completion of our projects and to act in a customer-oriented manner. With your commitment, you significantly contribute to the success of our construction projects and actively shape the future of rail-bound mobility. What excites you: – Driving progress: Leading complex construction projects in railway infrastructure, especially in the area of equipment/electrical engineering (overhead lines/50 Hz systems) – Managing projects: Comprehensive project management, scheduling, optimizing construction processes, risk and contract management, and performance billing – Managing stakeholders: Managing and coordinating all project participants, including clients, trades, and internal service providers – Tackling tasks: Coordinating tasks and responsibilities, setting milestones, budget monitoring, project documentation, compliance with guidelines and regulations – Leading personnel: Professional leadership, motivation, and development of employees in large projects, including commercial staff, site managers, work planners, and clerks (m/f/d) What excites us: – Qualification: Completed studies as a civil engineer (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d), and several years of professional experience as a manager and site manager (m/f/d) – Project management: Several years of experience in leading, planning, and implementing complex major projects in the railway sector (infrastructure, overhead line systems, 50 Hz/electrical energy systems); proficient in MS Project – Railway expertise: Very good knowledge of railway-specific projects and guidelines (VOB) as well as proficiency in tenders and specifications – Personality: Customer-oriented, independent, assertive, strong communicator, reliable, and solution-oriented – Travel: 2 – 4 times a month between Großbeeren and the respective project nationwide SPITZKE.
