About the role You lead a team of several installers and trainees who carry out projects to install modern air-water heat pumps at customers' premises You regularly work in installation projects yourself and instruct new employees You ensure that our processes are adhered to by the teams and ensure a consistently high quality of installations and customer satisfaction You work closely with the Regional Manager, planners and the Operations Excellence Team to ensure a smooth process and further develop processes You work closely with the Academy, where new employees are selected and trained What you should bring You are a master or very experienced journeyman in the field of plant mechanics for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology and you are already familiar with heat pump technology You are technically up to date and experienced in installation at our customers You have already led teams and are appreciated by your employees for your technical and human skills Like us, you place great value on customer satisfaction and you always want to achieve the best result for the customer You feel comfortable in a modern, digital working environment and you are a team player What we offer you Attractive remuneration 31 vacation days for an excellent work-life balance Company health insurance: 300 € budget per year for a wide range of additional services (e.g. dental cleaning, chiropractor and much more) Navit mobility budget: 30 € budget per month for various mobility offers (e.g. Germany ticket, Uber, Tier, nextbike and many other providers) A team culture where everyone pulls together, with a steep learning curve and high-quality training in our in-house Academy The chance to help shape a global company from the start The opportunity to make your contribution to a more livable future for future generations Are you ready for a task with real relevance?
