Your future responsibilities: - You will handle the order and project identification and, together with Key Account Management and Construction Management, manage the technical and commercial alignment with the specified components. - You will independently determine tasks to be performed or the awarding of partial services, including defining the interfaces of local installers at the respective project site. - You will support detailed project planning, execution, and compliance with guidelines such as LAR / VDE and fire protection. - You will work closely and coordinate with the internal and external (customer) project team, which is necessary for successful execution. Additionally, you will determine the personnel requirements for the tasks to be performed independently and coordinate with project manager colleagues. - You will manage partner or installation companies in the country with regular updates, trackers, fixed meetings, and documentation, including independent documentation, recording, and follow-up. - You will continuously monitor the work to ensure compliance with Nutz and customer standards according to regulations and requirements. - You will create sustainable project data maintenance and project controlling in the ERP system. Additionally, you will optimize the project, take responsibility for its economic success, and ensure the binding adherence to the project budget. - You will monitor the necessity of amendments, material flow, and adherence to budget and project planning. - You will handle the acceptance of work, including documentation, support in creating documentation and revision documents, and their approval. - You will develop and distribute the project bonus according to the company's bonus guidelines. - You will hand over completed (partial) projects to the Maintenance & Service department and support sales in creating a support contract with the customer. What you ideally bring with you: - You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering and/or information technology. - Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably security technology. - You have very good English skills. - Ideally, you already have leadership experience.
