Your daily tasks will include: ✅ Independent management and organization of construction projects (charging infrastructure) of different sizes and complexity; ✅ Coordination of construction site processes and monitoring of construction execution; ✅ Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and public law requirements; ✅ Planning, control and monitoring of the budget and resources; ✅ Contact person for subcontractors (electricians, civil engineering etc); ✅ Conducting regular construction meetings and documenting project processes; ✅ Review of offers and contract awards. ✅ Continuous optimization of construction processes. About You: 🚀 Completed degree in project management, business administration, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification; 🚀 At least 2 years of professional experience as a project manager in a demanding environment, preferably in the construction industry; 🚀 Sound knowledge of project management methods; 🚀 Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to handle complex issues in a structured manner 🚀 Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at different levels 🚀 Hands-on mentality 🚀 Flexibility and resilience even in demanding project situations 🚀 Very good knowledge of the German language (at least C1) 🚀 Class B driver's license
