Your future responsibilities: - You will independently manage your projects on-site - You will lead the assembly team and subcontractors - You will adhere to schedules, project goals, and budget planning, and participate in construction meetings - You will oversee the work to ensure compliance with Nutz and customer standards according to regulations and requirements - You will document the execution (construction diary) and maintain time and material records - You will coordinate with the project manager on changes to the planned scope of work - You will be responsible for setting up the construction site and conducting incoming goods inspections upon delivery on-site - You will handle commissioning and acceptance testing, necessary measurements, and the technical documentation of our systems What you ideally bring: - You have completed vocational training in the electrical engineering field - Ideally, you are a journeyman with several years of professional experience and have successfully managed construction projects in the field of security technology, even for international clients - Preferably, you have additional training in business administration and employee management (e.g., master craftsman or technician) - Ideally, you have good to very good German and English skills, both spoken and written We are looking for team players with passion and commitment – we are looking for you!
