About the role You will carry out your own installation projects to replace old heating systems with modern air-water heat pumps For this, you will be on the road in the Berlin region with a van equipped with the best tools and equipment You will be supported by an apprentice or trainee who will assist you and whom you will guide in everyday life In addition, you will work closely with a team of planners, logisticians and customer service who will support you in the installation You will work on the continuous improvement of our processes.
