For oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach, we're looking for a Foreman or Supervisor in Civil and Road Construction (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Managing construction sites in civil and road construction
• Leading the construction team
• Assigning work, instructing, and coordinating employees and subcontractors
• Managing materials and equipment
• Ensuring work safety

Our requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a civil and road builder (m/f/d) and successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), site supervisor (m/f/d), or certified supervisor (m/f/d)
• Leadership and construction site experience in civil and road construction is a plus
• Willingness to work on various construction sites in the Allgäu area
• Commitment and high level of dedication, teamwork skills, and the ability to think and act independently
