For oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach, we are looking for a Foreman or Supervisor in Civil and Road Construction (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing construction sites in civil and road construction
- Leading the construction site team
- Assigning work, instructing, and coordinating employees and subcontractors
- Managing materials and equipment
- Ensuring work safety
Our requirements:
- Completed vocational training in civil and road construction (m/f/d) and successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), site supervisor (m/f/d), or certified supervisor (m/f/d)
- Leadership and construction site experience in civil and road construction is an advantage
- Willingness to work on various construction sites in the Allgäu area
- Commitment and high level of dedication, teamwork skills, as well as independent thinking and acting
