What you will do with us
- Foreman / Supervisor (m/f/d) for Building and Civil Engineering
We're looking for a Foreman or Supervisor for Building and Civil Engineering (m/f/d) at oberall bau GmbH & Co. KG in Durach, starting as soon as possible.
Your tasks will include:
- Performing concrete, reinforced concrete, and building construction work
- Leading the construction site team
- Assigning, instructing, and coordinating employees and subcontractors
- Managing materials and equipment
- Ensuring work safety
Our requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a concrete and reinforced concrete worker (m/f/d) or bricklayer (m/f/d) and successful further training as a foreman (m/f/d), site supervisor (m/f/d), or certified supervisor (m/f/d)
- Leadership and construction site experience in building construction is an advantage
- Willingness to work on various construction sites in the Allgäu area
- Commitment, high level of dedication, teamwork skills, and the ability to think and act independently
