Your Responsibilities at a Glance:
- Leadership and Management: Responsible for a team of 6 site managers and 45 skilled workers
- Project Organization: Independent coordination of road and civil engineering projects in the region, especially federal and state roads and asphalt construction
- Order Management: Acquisition of new projects, calculation and awarding of projects, and planning of personnel resources
- Time and Cost Control: Monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Digitalization: Strengthening innovation by fully implementing Nevaris and shaping the digital construction site
- Strategic Development: Actively working on optimizing internal processes, digitalization, and building a strong network
Your Profile:
- Several years of professional experience in road and civil engineering
- Successful project management and leadership experience
- Strong assertiveness, charisma, and the ability to handle conflicts constructively
- Degree in civil engineering or a technical construction education with solid professional experience
- IT affinity and practical experience in implementing digital solutions
- Basic knowledge of construction law (BGB, VOB) and a goal-oriented mindset
- High initiative and interest in the development of a family-run construction company
