Technical Offer Manager (m/f/d) for Electrical and HVAC Projects (Mini-job/Part-time)

HWG is the go-to partner for craft business founders, taking care of all the back-office tasks for trades businesses. Our goal is to relieve craftsmen of administrative duties so they can focus entirely on their projects. That's where you come in, as we create professional proposals for our trades businesses!

Tasks

• Create electrical and HVAC proposals based on specifications from architects, project developers, and general contractors
• Prepare proposals for smaller existing projects using on-site documentation
• Work closely with our partner trades businesses to incorporate individual requirements into the proposals
• Organize and professionally prepare proposals for our clients

Qualifications

• If you have knowledge in either electrical or HVAC, that's fine too
• Confident handling of specifications and technical requirements
• Structured and independent work style
• Experience with common calculation and tendering programs is a plus
• Reliability and accuracy in proposal preparation
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with trades businesses
