Tasks at Geiger

• Acquiring projects in the field of building in existing structures in the Munich, Augsburg, Ulm, and Stuttgart regions
• Building and leading a project team to realize challenging projects in the field of building in existing structures
• Cost estimation and calculation of projects to ensure profitability
• Goal and KPI-oriented leadership, motivation, and development of the team to achieve company goals
• Organizational development and process optimization to increase team efficiency
• Collaborating on the development of suitable sales strategies to enhance market presence and revenue potential
• Developing and presenting offers for customers and business partners
• Technical and economic customer consulting for optimal solution design

What We're Excited About

• A completed degree as a civil engineer (m/f/d), architect (m/f/d), or construction technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a team leader or branch manager in the field of construction and project management, remodeling, renovation, refurbishment, building in existing structures with corresponding personnel and budget responsibility
• Experience in calculation and solid knowledge in cost estimation and offer presentation
• A comprehensive sales and business understanding as well as a strong cost awareness
• Strong communication skills and sociability
• Reliability and assertiveness, combined with strong entrepreneurial thinking and action
• A high level of responsibility and team spirit
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
