Service Technician for PV Systems

Your Tasks

• Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and servicing on-site at our customers' locations

• Commissioning technical systems and instructing customers on their operation

• Diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and providing technical advice

• Documenting service calls and reporting back to the technical/service management

• Close collaboration with internal technical teams, scheduling, and sales

What You Bring

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, electrician, plant mechanic, etc.

• Some experience in customer service or technical field service is a plus

• Independent and structured work style

• Customer orientation, good communication skills, and confident demeanor

• Willingness to travel (day trips, rarely with overnight stays) and a Class B driver's license
