Tasks at Geiger
- Recording, updating, and monitoring all existing regulations and processes of group-wide HR work using modern IT systems
- Ensuring a group-wide information service when regulations change
- Defining and mapping new processes and interfaces
- Acting as a driving force for the continuous optimization of processes, interfaces, and systems, and deriving the necessary requirements
- Supporting the planning, management, execution, and monitoring of HR projects
- Further developing and promoting a "project management culture" in HR
What we look forward to
- Successfully completed commercial training with subsequent task-related professional experience or a successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on HR, project management, or process management, or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in dealing with processes and projects
- Proficiency in using common ERP systems and MS Office
- Independent and proactive working style and enjoyment in the continuous development and optimization of existing processes
- A very good understanding of complex relationships and an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and negotiation talent
