Your tasks 📋 Independently manage medium and large building projects, including: 👉 Overseeing projects in all phases – from development to realization to completion. 👉 Coordinating and leading planning and coordination meetings. 👉 Independent client management and acquisition of new projects through network expansion. 👉 Managing timely project execution with economic considerations and comprehensive documentation. Your profile 🎓 Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or an equivalent qualification. 💼 At least 3 years of experience in building project management, including acquisition experience. 📑 Solid knowledge of HOAI, AHO, BGB, and VOB. 🌍 Strong communication skills in German and English, and willingness for regional deployment. 🧩 You work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner with a strong customer focus.
