Your future responsibilities: 📊 Project Planning: Identifying the project and coordinating technically and commercially with Key Account Management and site management. 🛠️ Task Division: Independently determining the tasks to be performed and assigning partial services to local installers. 📐 Project Management: Supporting detailed project planning, ensuring compliance with guidelines like LAR, VDE, and fire protection. 🤝 Teamwork: Close coordination with the internal and external project team for successful project execution. 🔄 Partner Management: Managing partners and installation companies, regular updates and meetings, and documentation. ✅ Control: Constant monitoring of work to ensure compliance with standards and requirements. 💼 Project Controlling: Sustainable maintenance and optimization of project data in the ERP system, responsibility for economic success and budget compliance. 📉 Change Management: Monitoring changes and material flow, ensuring budget compliance. 📝 Acceptance and Documentation: Conducting acceptances, assisting in the creation and approval of documentation and revision documents. 💸 Project Bonus: Developing and distributing the project bonus according to company guidelines. 🔄 Handover: Conducting the handover of completed projects to the maintenance and service area and supporting sales for maintenance contracts.
