Your future responsibilities: 🛠️ All-rounder on construction sites: Leading and managing the assembly team on-site. 📋 Customer requirements & concepts: Gathering requirements, creating concepts, and preparing offers. 📝 Quality control: Creating all necessary documents and monitoring the progress and quality of work. 🤝 Project coordination: Coordinating with the site manager and independently handling projects. 👥 Personnel planning: Managing and controlling subcontractors and organizing the team. ⏰ Resource management: Planning schedules and resources until project completion.
