YOUR TASKS: Calculation of exciting projects in the field of building construction, turnkey construction and concrete repair Preparation and evaluation of tender documents Incorporation of subcontractor services into the offer calculation in cooperation with purchasing Coordination of the offers created with the department management and other project participants Development of economically and technically sensible alternatives for the client in cooperation with the site managers WHAT YOU BRING: Successfully completed studies as a civil engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable construction technical education. Practical experience is desired but not absolutely necessary. Good knowledge of a calculation program Good market knowledge of current price and performance approaches Independent, structured and entrepreneurial way of working.
