What you will do with us
Tasks at Geiger
- Administering and continuously developing our Citrix Enterprise platforms and services (Virtual Apps and Desktops, Netscaler)
- Rolling out applications in Citrix environments
- Maintaining and optimizing master images
- Leading projects focused on Citrix
- Conducting performance analyses, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level requests, incidents, and changes
- Coordinating with external service providers
What We're Excited About
- Completed vocational training or studies in IT or a comparable technical education
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Citrix environments
- Understanding the interplay of enterprise data center technologies and architectures
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
- Innovative and solution-oriented approach
- Strong quality awareness and a structured, goal-oriented work style
