About the role

• As a concession holder, you are responsible for all electrical installations and our electrician teams within a region (Berlin, Nuremberg, or Munich)
• You lead a team of 10+ electricians and integrate them into our processes
• You work both at the desk (planning, ordering, coordination, network registrations) and on-site (approvals, quality control, training)
• You ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations
• You assist in the knowledge transfer of installers

What you should bring

• You are a master electrician specializing in energy and building technology, so you can act as a concession holder with us (Alternatively, TREI proficiency test)
• You have many years of experience in carrying out electrical installations in existing buildings and leading craft teams
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of heat pump systems is advantageous but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• You are a team player with an eye for detail, flexibility, and a passion for optimizing business processes
