Our partner company near Hamburg is looking for a master electrician to join as a co-managing director. You'll step into the management team on equal footing with an experienced founder and actively shape the company's future – technically, strategically, and personally.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the electrical team both technically and operationally – focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Work closely with the founder on offers, planning, organization, and customer issues
• Get involved in strategic questions and business expansion
• Plan and oversee projects – and initially get hands-on to deliver high-quality work with the team
• Develop internal processes further, ensure smooth operations, and keep an eye on legal requirements

Qualifications

• Master electrician in energy and building technology or similar
• Several years of experience in the electrical trade – ideally with leadership experience
• Eagerness for responsibility, co-creation, and long-term entrepreneurship
• Clear communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and a structured, clean working style
• Class B driver's license
