Tasks

• Lead a small team on the construction site and get hands-on yourself
• Work closely with management, bring in ideas, and ensure smooth operations
• Install, wire, and commission modern energy systems – cleanly, reliably, and professionally
• Handle maintenance and repairs on existing systems
• Help develop work processes and maintain high quality

Qualifications

• Completed training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or similar
• Several years of experience in electrical installation, preferably with a focus on renewable energies
• Leadership experience or the desire to grow into the role – we’ll support you
• Technical understanding, clean work habits, and reliability
• A Class B driver's license – your company vehicle is ready
