• Learning the basics of computer science, databases, and programming
• Assisting in the development of custom software solutions for internal and external clients
• Contributing to the automation of business processes to increase efficiency
• Participating in the development and integration of tailored interface solutions
• Ensuring quality through testing and reviewing software solutions
• Collaborating with various departments to analyze and implement IT requirements
• Documenting and providing user support for smooth use of developed solutions
