What you will do with us
Your tasks with us 🏗️ • 🛠️ Carrying out site management activities for our departments in civil/road construction, engineering/bridge construction, or rail/track construction • 🗂️ Setting up the site organization and checking construction execution drawings • 💰 Responsible for timely billing of construction services and accompanying documentation • 📊 Preparing the monthly performance report and cost comparison, as well as managing and enforcing change orders • ✔️ Conducting inspections and overseeing the construction project during the warranty phase, including defect rectification • 👥 Coordinating and leading assigned commercial staff and subcontractors Your profile 🧑🎓 • 🎓 Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in civil engineering • 👷 Civil engineer (m/f/d) with initial work experience is just as welcome as a site manager (m/f/d) with extensive experience in the relevant infrastructure construction • 💻 Proficient in MS Office, user knowledge in a billing/calculation program (ideally iTWO) is an advantage, or willingness to learn all used IT applications • 🚗 Valid Class B driver's license • 💪 Independent action, commitment, and teamwork skills
