What you will do with us
Here's what you'll be doing: - Carrying out site management tasks for our departments in civil/road construction, engineering/bridge construction, or rail/track construction - Setting up the site organization and checking construction execution drawings - Responsible for timely billing of construction services and accompanying documentation - Creating monthly performance reports and cost comparisons Handling and enforcing change orders - Conducting inspections and overseeing the construction project during the warranty phase, including defect rectification - Coordinating and managing assigned commercial personnel and subcontractors What you bring to the table: - Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in civil engineering - Civil engineer (m/f/d) with initial work experience is just as welcome as a site manager (m/f/d) with solid professional experience in the relevant infrastructure construction - Proficient in MS Office, user knowledge in a billing/calculation program (ideally iTWO) is an advantage or willingness to learn all used IT applications - Valid driver's license class B - Independent action as well as commitment and teamwork skills
