Your Tasks:

• Aim to establish, build, and develop your own location as an entrepreneur within the company
• You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees
• Acquisition, preparation, and execution of accepted orders in compliance with relevant regulations and quality requirements
• You know the relevant key figures of your department and derive cross-departmental measures to increase profitability
• You report to the responsible branch manager, lead your department responsibly, and secure the regional market position

Your Qualifications:

• A degree as a master painter (m/f/d), master mason (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), or civil engineer (m/f/d)
• You bring extensive knowledge in cost accounting and calculation
• You have a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as a strong understanding of customer service
• Above-average commitment, resilience, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills
• Strong quality awareness and conscientious work ethic
• Very high level of confidentiality, reliability, and loyalty
