• Due to company growth, we are looking for a Training Coordinator (m/f/d) for our location in Waltenhofen – Herzmanns or Oberstdorf as soon as possible.

Tasks at Geiger

• Planning and staffing of commercial training professions
• Contact person for managers, trainers, and trainees on training-related or HR questions
• Organization of internal training activities
• Participation in and/or organization of training marketing activities
• Collaboration with chambers/associations, schools, and other institutions
• Contributing to the continuous development of tools in the training sector

We look forward to

• Completed commercial training or a degree in the commercial field, ideally with experience in training
• Trainer qualification according to the Trainer Aptitude Certificate (AdA-Schein)
• Strong planning, conceptual, and implementation skills
• Strong social and communication skills with constructive assertiveness
• A personality who enjoys working with young people
• Proficient MS Office skills
