Tasks at Geiger

• Go through all the important commercial departments at our main location in Herzmanns / Waltenhofen, such as Purchasing, Controlling, HR, and Financial Accounting
• Get to know the Geiger Group by working in the administration of our Environmental and Civil Engineering business areas
• Purchasing: You handle purchase requests, obtain quotes from suppliers, systematically compare them, and place orders
• HR: You review application documents, schedule interviews, draft employment contracts and references
• Financial Accounting: You record supplier invoices in the system and check them for accuracy
• Environmental Business Area: You prepare meetings, handle incoming and outgoing mail, create data tables in MS Excel, and support project management in preparing and executing customer orders
• Some training content is provided at our location in Sonthofen.
