Our heat pump was developed in Sweden and is manufactured at our plant in Poland. In our own craft businesses across Germany, over 300 professionals are already working to ensure our customers can smoothly transition to clean energy.

About the role

• You take responsibility for your own installation projects to replace old heating systems with modern air-water heat pumps
• For this, you travel in your region with a van equipped with the best tools and equipment
• A fellow plant mechanic or trainee works alongside you
• You also work closely with a team of planners, logisticians, and customer service who support you with the installation
• You work on the continuous improvement of our processes. We want to structure and plan the installation process particularly efficiently through our specialization in heat pumps and digital processes

What you should bring

• You are a trained plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology or have comparable training or work experience in heating installation
• Ideally, you have already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in heat pump installation
• Like us, you place great value on customer satisfaction and always want to achieve the best result for the customer
• You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you are a team player
