🔧 Workshop Manager (m/f/d) – Tunnel Equipment & Machines | Heilbronn & Nationwide

🚀 Your Mission:

As a Workshop Manager (m/f/d), you're responsible for maintaining our state-of-the-art tunnel equipment – from drilling rigs to spraying machines to hydraulic excavators. You lead a well-coordinated workshop team and ensure that our machines are always ready for use, safe, and efficient.

Your detailed tasks:

• Organizing, managing, and controlling workshop processes for tunnel equipment and construction machinery
• Performing and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections
• Collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, and external service providers
• Handling equipment handovers and returns on the construction site
• Close cooperation with the corporate headquarters and inventory management in Switzerland
• Responsibility for order, quality, and safety in the workshop

🧰 What you bring:

• Completed technical training, ideally as a construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechanic (m/f/d), or similar
• Further training as a master craftsman (e.g., construction machinery master) is desirable
• Experience with construction machinery or mobile work machines
• Organizational skills and initial leadership experience
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• Willingness to travel for our projects throughout Germany
• Ideally, experience in tunnel construction – but not a must
